We are capping the In-Person 10K Run at 3,500. The In-Person 2 Mile Walk will be capped at 500. Opening ceremonies will be held on the bridge starting at 8:10 am.

Q: When are packets being shipped?
A: Packets will be mailed out Friday or Monday before the race.
Q: When is packet pick up?
Packet Pick up will take place this year Monday, October 28th - Saturday November 2nd at the RunningCo. in Haddonfield, NJ. Their hours are Monday – Friday (10:00 am to 7:00 pm) and Saturday (10:00 am to 5:00 pm).
NEW this year, we're excited to extend our packet pick-up service to the Larc School, the beneficiary of the run. Join us on Wednesday, October 30th, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, and again from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm for a chance to meet some of the students and collect your shirt, bib, and swag! Larc School is located at 1089 Creek Road in Bellmawr, NJ.
Q: Can I pick up a friend's packet?
A: Only if you have your friend's confirmation email.
Q: Can I change from packet pick up to ship or vice versa?
A: Unfortunately, packet pick-up can not be changed once your registration is complete.
Q: Can I change to the virtual event?
A: Of course, you change to the virtual run! However, your registration fee will remain the same. Please email us at events@larcschool.org if your plans change.
Q: Can I get a refund or a deferment?
A: No, all proceeds benefit the children with special needs at Larc School. We do not give refunds or deferments. If you cannot participate, please know that your registration fees will support Larc's kids! To learn more about Larc School and our students, visit our website at www.larcschool.org.
We do offer event insurance for those that wish to purchase during the registration process. The RegShield insurance premium is 8.1% of the registration cost (including processing fees) with a minimum insurance premium of $2.99 for registrations up to $24.99 and a minimum of $3.99 for registrations from $25.00 to $49.23. Premiums for registrations above $49.23 are 8.1%. Premiums in some states that apply surcharges may be slightly different. This insurance can only be purchased during your registration process.
Q: Are there any bib transfers?
A: No, there are no bib transfers at this time.
Q: When do roads start closing?
A: To avoid being late or getting shut out of Camden, give yourself plenty of time to get to the parking lots. Leave early. Roads start closing at 7 am. DELAWARE AVE AND PEARL STREETS WILL BE CLOSED TO TRAFFIC.
Q: Where is parking?
A: To avoid being late or getting shut out of Camden, give yourself plenty of time to get to the parking lots. Leave early. Roads start closing at 7 am. Parking lots are on Delaware Ave and Elm. Parking is also available in the Camden County College, Camden City Campus Parking Garage on 6th and Penn Streets.

Q: What are the COVID-19 Guidelines?
A: Masks are optional. If you have any COVID-like symptoms, please stay home. We do not require proof of vaccination or a negative test.
In the very unlikely event that New Jersey or Philadelphia declares a new stay-at-home order and we are not able to have the in-person event, all in-person event registrations will automatically be converted to virtual registrations. No refunds will be issued.
Registrants are encouraged to stay up to date with current CDC guidelines.
